Classes

Kripalu Yoga Classes include gentle warm-ups, standing yoga postures, floor yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques and a guided deep relaxation. Classes are tailored to each individual, learning how to create variations for postures and stretches suitable for different health situations.

Please note that if you have an injury or illness that could be affected by the practice of yoga, it is important to mention this before enrolling in a class.

Class Information

- Please bring a mat or large towel
- Classes are usually between 6 and 14 students.
- Wear loose fitting clothes that are easy to move in. Dress in layers, wear something warm for relaxation, the body cools down
- Please attempt to arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first class. Otherwise please attempt to arrive at least 5 minutes early.
