Classes
Kripalu
Yoga Classes include gentle warm-ups, standing yoga postures,
floor yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques and a guided
deep relaxation. Classes are tailored to each individual,
learning how to create variations for postures and stretches
suitable for different health situations.

Please bring a mat or large towel
- Classes are usually between 6 and 14 students.
- Wear loose fitting clothes that are easy to move in. Dress
in layers, wear something warm for relaxation, the body
cools down
- Please attempt to arrive 10 minutes early if it is your
first class. Otherwise please attempt to arrive at least
5 minutes early.
